HMYOI WETHERBY WINDOW REFURBISHMENT

[vc_row][vc_column width=”2/3″][vc_column_text]GAME Security Engineering successfully completed a large cell window refurbishment project on behalf of Henry Boot Construction at HMYOI Wetherby, a male juvenile centre housing over 300 young offenders. The project entailed removing the existing cell window unit, retaining the grille and retro fitting the new unit in place. The existing steel window units were replaced with thermally broken aluminium windows, glazed with solar gain low e sealed units.

In all, GAME supplied and fitted more than 300 Concept 2005 retro fit Cell Window units into a mixture of traditional style ‘brick built’ and modern ‘quick build’ accommodation blocks.  In addition 150 mesh baskets were manufactured and installed to protect the ground floor level windows in association areas accessible my inmates.   GAME’s unique retrofit cell window design ensured that the contracted works were completed on time and within budget within with a site presence of just over two months.[/vc_column_text][/vc_column][vc_column width=”1/3″][vc_single_image image=”379″ img_size=”full” alignment=”center” style=”vc_box_shadow_3d”][vc_single_image image=”383″ img_size=”full” alignment=”center” style=”vc_box_shadow_3d”][vc_single_image image=”384″ img_size=”full” alignment=”center” style=”vc_box_shadow_3d”][/vc_column][/vc_row]
